Just as many couples do I need?
The "How many pairs do I need?" It is a common question I am often asked when it comes to buying ski boots. This is especially true for the quantity of logs about 50 -60 competitiveness miles per week.
But for most runners, especially those recreation, the answer is usually just a couple.

The point is, there are big shoes off. Yes, most are expensive. Everyone looks "expensive" in a different way. For me, anything over $ 100.00 is expensive.
But there are much less expensive quality shoes out there for much less than the $ 100.00 mark, which offers many of themRunner runs with a very satisfying experience and every day.
So, back to the important question of how many pairs do I need?
If you are a runner competitive, I would recommend three. The odds were a preference for running shoes of developing irregular rocky trails. Another operating system mainly for the asphalt. Another for the race day.

But if you want to try a path relaxing, promoting a healthy lifestyleand runs a mile or three times a day, 10-12 miles per week, I see no reason to have more than one pair. BUT, do your best to make sure we have the pair that fits better to your foot type and running terrain.
In other words, look around and find the most experienced running shoe seller before buying.
And buy a quality shoe that offers comfort and durability for everyday use. Nothing against Wal-Mart (and if these shoes offer comfort and quality, then by all meansbuy), but in most cases you want to buy branded long-running shoes.
